Product unsatisfactory.
I didnt start using my Oster countertop oven until after the warranty expired and thats because I had to wait until the studio addition was complete. Also, I rarely bake.
I used it recently and accidentally touched the top and the heat was extremely hot that I scalded my finger a little. I ran cold water and iced my finger and I am fine. If I hadnt noticed the heat I could have started a fire. I called Oster and gave them the information they requested.
The representative informed me that since the warranty had already expired that there was probably nothing I could do.
Even so, if I returned the oven, it would be art my own expense. I am going to tell everyone I know about my horrible experience and I dont recommend the product.

Second 8 speed blended broken down in 2 years. The first lasted 1.5 years.
This one was used for 6 weeks and is not working. I am only claiming warranty on this one. The Executive Resolution team advised that they do not have this is stock and has offered two other models both with lower speed of 7. Other option is for a refund of $49.
I paid $109 for my second blender in September 2022.
I would have expected if they do not have stock of my original purchase then they would offer me the next higher model especially considering this is the second in two years and I never made a claim on the first. I sent a response as they said I could and no one has replied to my email.
